Time after time dealers and end-users rate us very highly on our strong support and responsiveness on support questions. To us however it’s obvious that we do our utmost to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Contacting support

The primary contact for your support questions is your dealer. They know your local situation best and are highly trained to give you first line support.

If the complexity of the problem requires this, the support of Net Display Systems can be called in. During the first 90 days after your purchase you are entitled to free support by e-mail or phone:

When e-mailing us for technical support, don’t forget to include your contact details and the product key of your installation in your e-mail. Please provide us with as much details as possible about your problem, including PADS log files and possibly a copy of your PADS presentation.

To be ensured of the best possible support on our products after the initial 90 days period, we recommend you to take a service contract.
