The PADS software supports any possible screen resolution. It doesn’t matter whether you have a normal display, a high resolution widescreen display of a special display having a custom resolution. When you install the correct display driver in Microsoft Windows and set up the right resolution then this resolution can also be used by PADS.
With PADS you can choose to work with a fixed resolution or resolution independent. With a fixed resolution the PADS presentations that you have designed will be played back in exactly the same resolution as they have been designed. This way you are ensured of an excellent screen quality.
If you choose for resolution independent displaying, then at playback the content is automatically stretched to the resolution of the display. This enables you within your digital signage system to simply display the same content on screens having different resolutions.
